The opportunity

Innovation teams inside large organisations face a particular challenge: they need to move fast enough to explore emerging technology, but work within the constraints of enterprise security and governance. 

The team were interested in learning how to build AI agents without a background in coding: systems that could reason through a task, use tools to gather information, and take action without constant human input. This kind of capability could substantially augment the value delivered by the team while reducing the need for manual effort. For example, researching and staying across health technology trends requires hours of searching and scanning, and the insights often sit in individual inboxes rather than flow through to the teams who need them.
