How it works
Consultants receive a new project brief (e.g. by email or formal RFP) and share it with Claude AI in a dedicated project workspace.
Claude searches a dedicated Airtable database for relevant precedents based on industry, service type, or client challenge, then retrieves matching proposal content and case studies from SharePoint.
The system generates a structured draft outline drawing on the firm's most relevant past work, ready for the consultant to review and refine.
